Dear Mohammed,
Elaborate "wireless box"

concerning routing, traffic shaping, firewall then espectively
iproute2, tc (htb,sfq), iptables. You'll find plenty of HOWTOs on
google.

As far as I know there are plenty of ready made distros that provide
the needed services (check distrowatch.com), however, i still don't
understand your concept of "wireless box".
Check out this distro that has ads everywhere:
