Some new developments here. After talking with Chady
(irc://irc.freenode.net/leglug) we decided to scrap the old engine and
go with something simpler. What we need from as website is pretty
simple:

1) announcements (minutes, news, etc)
2) static pages
3) proper administration interface.

As a result of that, we're going to be using the Ruby on Rails powered
Typo engine. So the new requirements for running / mirroring our
website are:

1) Apache (with proxy / mod_rewrite support)
2) Sqlite3
3) Rails
4) Typo (which in turn requires mongrel)

We are in the middle of trying to port over as much content as
possible. Please raise you hand here if you would like to help in
doing that. (=
