I would personally like to discuss a few items (not really Linux or
open source related in a direct fashion) that have to do with how ISPs
outside bill you and give you a specified service. For example, how do
they limit your speed? Hardware? Software? Another point I would like
to discuss, for those of you who have had experience in the field, how
do you deal with a LARGE scale ISP, its users, its billing, and all
the "annoying tasks". If you have additions to make, feel free to
expand on this email, but please don't answer things right now and
right here - lets keep the discussion until we meet.
One more thing I would like to add is, please try to make it on time
so we can start together and stay in sync.
