[leglug-users] Recent LLUG elections & future actions

Hey,
I'm not sure how good a merge is, if it's going to result in the same
old problems, if there should be collaboration i think there should
also be some bylaws, last time i read the LEGLUG bylaws they were
alright, i think some rules to follow would be ok if merging lugs
other then that we'll simply be waisting time and creating more
problems and arguments.
