This version is ready for the end-users and not just hard core testers. It is a more intuitive easy to use and more efficient system. It has better integration of the file-manager and the mime-types, a nice kernel especially for multimedia and big processes loads, a light weight foot print, much better compatibility with your (possible) Windows system/software, more hardware supported, better graphical recognition, and many more things that you can find in the complete changelog, if you have a friend that wants to switch to Linux but says to its hard, slow, or ugly, that's the perfect version of Elive that proves that statement wrong. :)"

Well the screen shots and the video wet my appetite.
Nice idea about keeping a asking for a donation to be able to download from proper reliable mirrors. But as i learned quicly, Paypal is not available to Lebanon. The E-live people said its possible to pay directly by credit card, but mention no details, and just link straight to paypal. I'll try to get someone else to pay for me. Then i'll make copies to anyone  interested.
