Greetingz,
We are supposed to come up with an interesting idea for a software
development project.
I thought about VPN for the government , and it'll achieve these functions:

   - encrypted IM
   - encrypted official documents exchange
   - online visibility
   - add stamp (image) for each exchanged document
   - ..... ( more ideas are welcomed :)

if anyone has a new idea, spill it. i prefer it to be a network related
project
