[leglug-users] newer kernel drops packets?

Well, it can be same. But one time i face issue (but on 2.6.x branch), that 
they changed something in structures, and -L -v -n was looking ok, but was 
not working as expected. iptables was latest, but compiled with old kernel 
headers. But this behavior is rare. Possible not your issue.
