Can you boot bsd.rd ? I think the main problem is most probably the boot loaded.
Is it supported by NetBSD ?
How much is the board ? Can you send me one?

This has been you're only problem in OpenBSD since about 2 years now :D
And there is a fix for that :) but you don't like it :D.
