Lebanon is now become a P-member, which was probably done under
Microsoft recommandation who is afraid to loose the P-vote.

We have also other rumors that Lebanon might vote yes.

Can someone make an urgent phone call to LIBNOR?

The horrible thing with those standards bodies is that you have to
meet them in person, otherwise you are not really sure they are
understanding what you are writing to them.
