Most of people have family, and family like to use internet too.
Also you can have some guests.
And last thing, linux is sources, sources updated on regular basis, and
usually they are not so small. I will jump out from 1Gb just in 1 day
sometimes, but cause i am working a bit in embedded things, and sometimes
uploading test "firmware" to outside customers. I prefer to free my mind from
counting each MB, while i am developing.
