[leglug-users] bandwidth quota

dear all
i'm working with a new coffee shop that newly opened in hamra. they got
a free wifi access but they are afraid to lose all the bandwidth. so i
suggested to set quota's for each user. i installed kubuntu on the shop
laptop and i'm wondering if i need a proxy on that. the access point has
dhcp, but regarding the traffic shaping/quota, what do you suggest to
install? something that is light and robust.
