I thought some of you may be interested in a new (creative commons
license) book about bandwidth management - available from
http://bwmo.net/

It's been put together by the same people as "Wireless Networking in the
Developing World" - http://wndw.net/

While not strictly relevant to indymedia, I thought it may be useful to
many of you in your day to day work, particularly those of you helping
run networks (hacklabs?) with a low bandwidth internet connection.  If
