Contrary to you, I've had some pretty bad "apt-get (dist-)upgrade"
experiences with unstable.
Mohammed, if you're an apt-get expert, and have the time/patience you
can do many things to stable your unstable distro, ie: flag packages to
ignore in an apt-get (dist-)upgrade, etc.
If you're in a working environment and want to spare yourself all that
headache and wanna work with the somewhat latest packages of Debian,
then testing is the right choice.
Sincerely,
